Liturgy

Worship is about the love (agape) of God and the commandment to love (agape) God with all your heart, mind and soul. Good worship connects the story of God told in scripture with the story of God unfolding in life. Liturgy (leitourgia) is the “work of the people.” Worship may be about God, but it is for the people. It should have some utility, a way for people to engage, provide fuel (“daily bread”) for the week and be easy to understand.
